Tests, Minds, and Stories is a professional blog about psychological assessment — its theory, its methods, and its application in clinical practice. The articles cover psychodiagnostic instruments, psychopathology, current developments in the field, and questions that are often left unanswered or uncommented in the professional literature.
Who Is Behind This Site
This site is maintained by Mgr. Václav Šnorek, a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, and court-appointed forensic psychology expert based in the Czech Republic. He has more than twenty years of clinical experience and is actively involved in the training and continuing education of psychologists. His professional focus lies in psychological assessment — particularly in the areas of projective methods (Rorschach/R-PAS, TAT), personality assessment (MMPI-2, MMPI-2-RF), intelligence testing (Wechsler scales), forensic psychology, and cross-cultural psychology.
Editorial Approach
The content on this site draws on years of clinical and forensic practice, teaching experience, and engagement with the international professional literature. These are not popular science articles — they are written primarily for psychologists, trainees in clinical psychology, and professionals who encounter psychodiagnostic questions in their work.
The aim of this site is not to replace textbooks or test manuals, but to supplement them with commentary, context, and practice-oriented perspectives that are often missing from those sources.
